As stated in the Cancellation Policy (located below this FAQ section), "Failure to cancel within [the 24 hour time frame] or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged in full for the session." If you feel there's a high probability you cannot make a session, be sure to notify sooner rather than later in order to receive credit for your scheduled session.
If you are unable to attend a pre-paid / scheduled session and give 24 hours notice, you will receive credit towards a future session. Meaning your payment will be used for your next scheduled session, instead of the session you could not attend. Credit towards a future session is not the same as a refund. Refunds (repayment of original package price in-full) are only issued in the case of session cancellations due to medical emergencies, verifiable by a doctor's note presented to Cristyn.
I understand that Love the Fit Life Coaching and Cristyn Black operate on a scheduled appointment basis for all private training sessions, and thus requires that I provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session in order to receive credit for the session.
